Need a Mario themed gift for my brother

Hey! My little (15) brother is a HUGE Mario fan and I'd love to get him a book about Mario or about the Super Marioverse. Does something like this exist? Any recommendations?

I haven't read any of them myself, but there's a few that have been released fairly recently and should still be easy to get. There's The Art of Super Mario Odyssey, which is an art book for that game, or the Super Mario Bros. Encyclopedia if you're after something covering the whole franchise. If you'd prefer fiction then you could look at Super Mario Adventures or Super Mario Manga Mania.

If you want to read more about any of those, here's their pages on the wiki:

As another 15-year-old HUGE Mario fan, I have a few other recommendations. We Love Mario is a good, comprehensive, unofficial book with a little bit of everything from the Mario series, from character bios to tips and tricks and info about nearly every Mario game up until a few years ago. Mario Mania is basically a guide to the Super Mario World game with a whole bunch of other stuff about Mario history, origins, strategies, tips and secrets, and an interview with the creator of the series. It's kind of old, so you'd probably need to look somewhere like Ebay. Another great gift idea for any Mario fan would be Nintendo Power, which was Nintendo's official magazine for almost 25 years, with there being tons of issues featuring Mario. They were discontinued about 10 years ago, so you would probably have to use Ebay, but they have awesome stuff in them, with a list of all the issues featuring Mario here. Good luck with your gift!

I'd second that Super Mario Bros. Encyclopedia. Sure, we at MarioWiki like to bash on it but I'd find it a terrific gift for children.

If your brother is into action figure collecting there are a number of Super Mario figures produced by Jakks Pacific you can get them if they enjoy that. I personally collect the action figures myself as I've always been a bit of a toy collector. They're really nicely done too. I started collecting during the pandemic since a lot of the other lines I was focusing on (Jurassic World and Transformers) slowed production to produce masks and things like that. The after-market price for them isn't usually too bad. Retail for the 4-inch figures is usually 10-15 bucks (depending on retailer) and the 2.5 inch Mini-Figures are usually 5 or so, depending.
