Super Mario 3D All-Stars (rumored)

doesn't necessarily have to be all of them on one cartidge, could be seperate, or maybe it's just one or two of them. i honestly don't think it's that unrealistic that the rumour is true in some form.
 
This sounds alright. As long as it doesn't hinder the making of new titles. Personally I'm waiting for the day we have 3D Mario Maker.

I've played 64 and Sunshine to death, I fear even with the HD graphics there wouldn't be enough new feel factor for me, but I suppose it's a good way to give the younger generation the experience we had.
 
If it's just a port that runs in 1080p then I could see it happening, but a HD remaster/remake of a game seems fairly unlikely, especially in the form of a collection as Nintendo would likely treat them as new, separate games, so they would each end up being sold separately for £60, and that point it would be a waste to remake all of them,
