-A bunch of shirts
-A sweatshirt
-Some laser maze thing
-$60 in Amazon cards
-A pillow
-A Dunkin Donuts card
-A 256GB flash drive

But the biggest one definitely had to be a brand new 3DS XL with Super Mario World already installed. And that's not it either, there's still tomorrow.

-MPSR
-A Fitbit
-Some putty
-A Celtics coat
-An "ugly" tie
-Some gloves
-Some other stuff I honestly don't remember

Yeah, I'd say I did pretty well this year.

i've reached that point where giving is so much better than receiving i think
Same, really. I got my dad a $100 gift card to a woodworking shop he goes to and I haven't seen him light up like that in a long time.

The rest is a wad of cash, so yey.
$300 for me

$300 for BLOF.

In pure cash.

That's the wad of cash I just found out today.

as far as i can remember, i got:

  • a personalised mug from a secret santa i took part in
  • slippers
  • a cookbook of meals you can make in a mug
  • a doctor who mug
  • a box of really fancy kinds of tea
  • three boxes of chocolates
  • £20 amazon gift card
  • about £100

also my parents are either getting me a new phone or a tablet

I'm always grateful for holiday and birthday cards (whether they have money in them or not) and I've kept every single one since my 16th birthday in September of 2006. I'd like to put them in a a scrapbook at some point. Clothes have been my second favorite present for years, but any gift I receive from a family member or close friend has sentimental value. If my house burnt down, the only possessions I would care about preserving are family heirlooms and my holiday/birthday card collection. Trying not to be such a materialist, but I can't get over my attachment to things with sentimental value. Couldn't care less if I lost my computer or video game consoles; money can buy those, but it can't buy the family heirlooms I've been trusted with or my holiday/birthday card collection. I plan on buying a safety deposit box soon if that's more secure then keeping my sentimental possessions locked in a chest at my house.

Gifts I've Given so Far
So far I've sent Christmas cards with Christmas photos to most of my friends (including the one I'm having trouble friendzoning) and family but I plan to send some late Christmas presents too.

finally found this thread

so i got a fairly good haul this year, got both pokemon sun and moon with metal cases, pretty coo, pretty coo, currently playing through them right now
i got a shit load of clothes, which is really good cause i'm running out of them now
i got an ant man comic framed in an ant man frame, made specifically by my sister's friend, awesome stuff, awesome stuff
got a collection of books called "the histories of middle earth", which basically explains the universe of middle earth in detail, which is gucci
got a lot of chocolate from family and friends, currently fat, pls pray for neptune
finally got a beard trimmer, now can shape that beard like there's no tomorrow, really good stuff

probably the best gift of this year, however, is a "one ring" replica from jens hansen, the company that designed the ring for the lord of the rings movies, complete in a wooden box signed by halfdan hansen, the son of jens hansen, because unfortunately jens died back in '99 before he got to see his work on the big screen

been waiting on that gift now for about three years now, it's so beautiful and shiny and golden and it gives me god like powers, unfortunately i've got to travel to mount doom now, so if you don't mind, i'll be off

I'm glad you guys' Christmas's are awesome. Mine is too, I love the $700 my sister and I have yet to spend and are contemplating the possibilities like a Smash for Switch medal.

how much will they cost?

750,000 bells?
