Like, more then spin-offs. Like main series games. I think it would be fun seeing him as the main villain in a game where Luigi is the main character. What do you think?

Waluigi in main games? I don't have a problem with it.
Unfortunately, the closest he came to being the main villain of any game was Dance Dance Revolution: Mario Mix, and they couldn't even keep that up without copping out.

I think he means that they aren't any different in terms of their situations.

Hell yes, I think Wario and Waluigi should have been in the NSMB games rather than two generic Toads with generic names.
