Hey are any of you gonna continue the story? It'd be a shame to let it die now.
 
"So what are we waiting for again?" J-Fred asked Roserade.

"We can't go in there because of the Authorized Personnel sign, remember?"

"But that's just a sign. People ignore signs all the time."

"If you want to go in, go ahead, but I'm staying back."

"There's something going on in there that I want to see, so I'll see you later. Enjoy the ceiling." J-Fred almost went off the steel beam he was on, but he didn't. "Oh. That would be too loud. Can you let me down?"

"If you insist." Roserade wrapped a vine around J-Fred and dropped him down to the floor. J-Fred opened the door very slightly so he wouldn't be noticed, but also so that he could see inside the room.

"Shy Guy, could you get me the needle over there?" A51 was standing over Luigi, who had seemingly fallen asleep. "All we need is one more pint and I can get back to being a human, and Luigi has it."

"Oh no you don't!" J-Fred ran at A51, who was unarmed. He jumped square into A51's chest and brought him to the floor with a loud thud. The next sound was that of glass breaking. Shy Guy had dropped the syringe and broken it.

"I'm sure there's other syringes we can use."

"You'll only be able to use them if I let you!" J-Fred and A51 started wrestling on the floor. Shy Guy just stared for a minute, before he ran out of the room. The other two wrestled on the floor for a while before J-Fred yelled "Roserade! Get in here!" He dropped down from the ceiling and went into the room.

"What do you need?"

"I'm trying to hold down A51, can you get Luigi back to Mario and Yoshi?"

"Will do."
 
This is the finale, but this can still continue.
Luigi says, "I am not going anywhere without King Boo."
Just as he said that, the sun set. Then, the Goomba turned into Bowser. King Boo goes near Bowser and gives him his memory. While he was distracted, Luigi sucked up King Boo into the vacuum cleaner. Just as they were about to leave, Mario comes with SGoW. Turns out that Mario caught him while he was escaping. J-Fred said, "Where's Yoshi?"
Mario says, "He was able to contact ISS and was transported up there."
Spinosaurus says, "ISS will not be able to stop my plan. It is too small to block the moon. Bowser, open the roof," and the roof opened. There was no light. Spinosaurus says, "Are there clouds up above? The weather man said that there wouldn't be any clouds," then he looks up. That is not the ISS.
Bowser says, "No. It is my ship. Yoshi. He must be controlling it."
The Red Yoshi transports down with the commander of the ISS and Red Yoshi says, "Your plan has failed once again."
The commander says, "Now we know what you are capable of, we are taking extra precautions next time."
Spinosaurus says, "You think you won? Ha. I prepared a space ship myself just in case things go wrong. Good-bye."
Spinosaurus transports to the ISS ship. Second-in-command says, "I'm sorry, but that is not happening," then transports him back into J-Fred's hands.
Spinosaurus says, "You seem to always be one step ahead of me, aren't you Yoshi?"
Red Yoshi says, "That is what you said last time. Ok, you can put him in the cell."
They then transport him to a cell on the ship. Luigi asks, "Why did A51 Trooper want to return to human form?"
Red Yoshi says, "To take over ISS. He had multiple plans laid out just in case one goes wrong. I knew all of the plans, that's how I was able to stop him. He is this way because he was working for A51. I better make sure this technology doesn't fall into the wrong hands." Red Yoshi goes over to the generator and destroys it. Then he commanded that they return everyone to normal. The ISS did so.
After it was done, Luigi says, "My memory. It's back. Wait, I am just one of the many Luigis. I am called Luigi64DD."
Mario says, "Why do you have more to your name. I am just Mario and nothing else."
Bowser, who seemed unaffected, says, "Well, Yoshi. It's time for us to go back to my ship."
Mario says, "Can I come?"
Red Yoshi and Bowser says, "No" at the same time.
Luigi says, "Wait. Yoshi. You didn't transform back."
Red Yoshi says, "That is because I am just a red Yoshi. I am able to transform into a human, but only if the situation calls for it. One thing I will tell you, Mario. We will meet again. And before I forget, Bowser will not be using that ship quite yet. Exact details are only available to Bowser." Bowser and Red Yoshi then transport to Bowser's ship. Then the ship leaves.
 
Awww man! I was writing this and was about to post it when your part got there. Just a matter to make things longer...

The goomba was just about to get done with the procedure he had to follow to start his new life.

"And remember, if you choose to work for the spiked turtle, you'll end up getting squished before you know it! Now wear this business suit, take this tablet, and go become helpful."

The Goomba got out. Koops, who was talking to him, didn't notice what was happening. He too got out of the room and headed towards the room Spinosaurus was in.

"Koops, don't stay here! He might free himself any second! Warned Roserade. He knows about our plan!"

He entered the secret passage, while still carrying Luigi.

Koops is curious and peeps into the clinic.

"Arghhh! My arms are killing me! Can't hold any longer!" J-Fred said.

Spinosaurus sees this as an occasion, and separates J-Fred's arms so he could get out. Koops hides, as Spinosaurus begins running towards the direction in which Roserade went. His eye detects a secret button. He presses it, revealing the secret passage.

"Oh no! He found us!"
"Whaa...... What is going on? Asked Luigi, regaining consciousness... AAAHHHH!! He's after us!"
"Don't you go anywhere! You can always run, but I know where you now are hiding!"

Back at the lab.

"J! You all-right?"
"What do you think? Of course not! He broke out!"

SGoW comes back, and notices Spinosaurus and Luigi are gone.

"Hey, I wanted to see the transformation!"
Koops: "Don't worry! He's not human yet!"
"Yeah but he almost is! And.... Wait a minute! We're not supposed to be talking to you! You're a bad guy! And we don't like bad guys! We are supposed to stop them!"
"Hey! I just want to help my friend! Is that worng!"

"Forget it both of you!"
"Who asked you, Koops?"
"Yeah, who asked you?"

Koops stares at SGoW.

"J-Fred, I'm sorry, but I'm not helping anyone anymore! Shy Guy, come with me!"

He gets out of the hallway, and enters the room where he gave Mario and Luigi their names. SGoW stays silent for two seconds, then decides to go to the room.

"Seriously, I can't understand that guy anymore!"

I had an idea to continue the story, but Yoshi the SSM wrote a new part. I'm going to continue from his, as I like the idea I have now for the continuation of that part.

Sitting in a small futuristic cell in the ISS, SGoW starts coming up with an escape plan.

"Whats that?" Spinosaurus asks.
"It's an escape plan." SGoW replies.
"That's not going to work. I have a better plan, did they let you keep your GBA?"
"Of course they did! They couldn't find anyway to use it to escape, so they also let me keep this." SGoW holds up a modified GBA wireless link cable.
"Good, now do you have 'Dial a DK' on you?"
"Yes," Shy Guy gets out his copy of DKC3, "what do you need it for?"
"Pass them here, I'll see if I can message A51"
SGoW passes the GBA, wireless link cable, and his copy of DKC3 over to Spinosaurus.

"No connection!" Spinosaurus roars.
"Try it in the food hall when we get to eat," SGoW suggests "they should have enough connection in there."
"I will, we need to get out of here."
