Guess which Wikipedia plot summary was the subject of a slate article..?

[Xiahou Dun]

The slate article is really amusing, lol. Reminds me of back home, especially our own Bowser article...

[Glowsquid]

I credit General Ironicus for introducing this masterpiece into my life.

ALIGNMENT - GOOD

SpongeBob and Krabs making the dotted shapes with their hands may be a reference to a scene from Pulp Fiction.

When SpongeBob says, "It's all really confusing...", Mr. Krabs' nose turns red.

It is possible that Mr. Puff died

nah, i think he survived being turned into a light cover

[Lario]

Airdate: January 15, 2007

The title is a reference to Marvel's Fantastic 4's, The Thing, the John Carpenter film, The Thing or Matthijs van Heijningen Jr.'s 2011 remake.

How can something be a reference to a movie that came four years after it aired? Also, the title of the article is in quotation marks for some unknown reason.

Yes, that's right, Scooby-Doo is the Western equivalent of Neon Genesis Evangelion.

I clicked random page on encyclopedia spongebobia

http://spongebob.wikia.com/wiki/SpongeBob%27s_House/gallery/Karate_Island

an entire article dedicated to 2 pictures of Spongebob's house in the episode Karate Island

[freakworld]

Somebody create Snufit Ball on that wiki.

[LN1]

In Generation II and Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver, a man in Celadon City has a Poliwrath in hope that it will evolve into a frog Pokémon one day. Although the Pokémon he was thinking of is most likely Politoed, it is too late, as it is Poliwhirl that evolves into Politoed when holding a King's Rock, not Poliwrath.

Edit:
Also, Squidward's toilet paper is a character, is male, and has a gallery with a whopping one image.

[Magikrazy]

He expressed his grief along with Squidward's toilet on how Squidward didn't use him.

[freakworld]

Minimalist Wikia for all the things that are way too minor to be featured in any other wikia

Let's create that.

[Glowsquid]

Did you know there was two Snufit Ball wikis?

(I think the wetpaint one might still exist, actually).

[freakworld]

Cool

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Virtual_Boy#In_popular_culture

In the eponymous anime series, Maria Holic, a dorm adviser is going over a list of items not approved in dorm rooms, with one item of the list reading "Game Consoles (except Virtual Boy)". When asked why the Virtual Boy was an exception, she replies "Because God (referring to herself) loves things that have a tragic history." referencing the Virtual Boy's short lived shelf life. It is referenced frequently throughout the show and at one point is lined up with other failed devices that include Sony's PocketStation and Betamax, SEGA's Dreamcast, Enterbrain's Jashin MOK-KOS figurine and Nintendo's Power Glove.

[Magikrazy]

*Mattel's Power Glove

[freakworld]

Hey the power glove was awesome enough to make a cameo appearence as a piece of equipment in chrono trigger

[Pyro]

Also, Squidward's toilet paper is a character, is male, and has a gallery with a whopping one image.

Oh yes, appearing in one episode, Choir Boys, the most well-known episode of Spongebob.

[LN1]

oh hey, they decided to do the sensible thing of deleting the gallery and question if the main article should even exist.

[Magikrazy]

Today, random page sent me to A Random Act of Spongebob.

The title is also a parody of A Random Act of kindness.

Two of the bus passengers include Tom and Fred.

He gets run over by a boatmobile in the middle of replying "You're welcome!"

Unless Mermaid Man ran him over, it was just a boat, not a boatmobile.

The baby cheers up, but the bus passes a sign (which says Bikini Bottom 300 miles)

SpongeBob and Patrick make a pie and one ingredient is Patrick's shorts.

•SpongeBob's skin is a lot darker than the other Season 4 episodes and shorts.

[Glowsquid]

now imagine all of Encylopedia Britannica written like this.

But hey, then theres more: a epic struggle between fleets is taking place on earth's orbit, and yes, we are in the middle of the storm, avoiding all kinds of battlecruisers, starships and basically rains of fire as we scramble in the crossfire trying to avoid the huge explosions of the damaged battleships. After that we will head down to earth, flying over the landscape against a selection of end level bosses, and then we will do a climb again to the space station where the computer is, the computer that Zacarte (or Xacalite,a terrorist) has driven mad and threathens the safety of bla bla bla.

Re: The Call of Duty Wikia's trivia section

http://crashbandicoot.wikia.com/wiki/Crash_Bandicoot_%28game%29?oldid=72583#Analysis

I can't believe that's still around. I thought it got edited out a while ago, but I have discovered it again as it's being posted on /v/ as proof of Crash Bandicoot having the deepest lore.

[Glowsquid]

Dude, the Great Ape War can't be beaten.

Gerald wasn't watching Arnold's horrible humiliation, proving that Gerald is a true friend to Arnold and would never laugh at his demise and saddness.

from the hey arnold wikia we get...a misspelling of 'sadness'
