Super Smash Bros. for Wii U & 3DS Discussion

Yoshi's new design looks better than his past 3 smash appearances.

I think it's at least better than Brawl's but he's still tremendously ugly

Oh my god kill it with fire

[Zae]

she made up for it with that awesome battle theme

the intro sounds like two angels fighting in the middle of a cathedral or something, it's like heavenly rock or something

i guess it's okay after that, but the intro is awesome

hmm yeah i guess it is surprising though since the games strong point is not in its battle themes.

Just saw the Direct.

HOLY FUCKING SHIT! Five characters confirmed, competitive mode, great look at stages.

Take my money Nintendo.

I'm quite amazed with the direct today!! I'm quite glad they went a bit more in depth about the movesets, and I LOVE the details added to them. I'm also glad there's a mode online for both the casuals and the competitive people (although it is rather boring on just Final Destination... And plus some characters do better without platforms than with plaforms so I see some bias here). Graphics are quite stunning as well, I love the remixes (I saw Ballad of the Goddess, I'm happy) and I love the characters revealed. Now as I still wait for Ness...

If I don't finish my homework tonight, I'm using "overhyped from Smash 4" as my excuse for not doing it. XD

Oh yeah, the Punch-Out and Spark Man remixes were pretty swell.
