alright. i hereby renounce any sense of personal thought on my part, and resolve to only pay attention to what statistics tell me is true. because clearly personal experience is always wrong and could never possibly be right.

Each character takes time to develop though, so if they're spending time developing one character then another character can't be developed. Why do you think they haven't included every Nintendo character in existence?

So in effect, there are "slots". There is a limited amount of time in which they can develop the game, and so there is therefore a limited number of characters, and therefore a limited amount of space. Hence why I say "slots".

Yes, but you act like Jigglypuff or Ice Climbers being there mean that other characters didn't make it in, solely because of them.

It's true. The time spent developing Jigglypuff and Ice Climbers could have been spent on developing more interesting characters.

I guess that means Ganondorf, Samus, Bowser, and Ness should be cut. No one play them after all.

...wait. people do play as zero suit samus. and bowser.

but we can cut ganondorf and ness, even if i do enjoy playing as ganondorf.

I want Brawl so bad but I gotta wait till Monday so I can...wait...is Gamestop open on holidays because Monday is Martin Luther King Day?

why don't you just use a search engine called google, search "gamestop open on MLK day", and find out for yourself

Why even think of dropping the Ice Climbers? They have a unique playstyle, and if your argument is for the casual player, I doubt the casual players would care how relevant they are as long as they are fun to play as, and they are because they're unique.

Some friends of mine also use them for that power of theirs.

I really like them to be honest though.
