Have you ever been banned ??

[ToxBox]

They were sockpuppets?

Sockpuppet, yes.

But not of Dyna-Mite, Boidoh decided to pay us a little visit.

How did you found out?

[Master Crash]

Same IP.

[IceShadow1199]

It's pretty simple.

In alot of forums, Moderators/Admins have the ability to see through people's IPs. If a user's IP is the same as another user's IP. They're sockpuppets, unless they live together...

That's all I know...

However, to regular users, they'll think it's a different person, but the mods/admins never lie!

[Mario4Ever]

We most certainly do lie!

[Specific Neptune]

I'd like that power someday.

[Lakituthequick]

unless they live together...

Or are at the same public access points. I read the story of someone and his friend who both got banned for having the same IP while they were at school.

Sockpuppet, yes.

Why was Boidoh banned?

[Lily x]

Being rascist and inconsiderate, I think.

[yoshidude99]

Was that in the 9 11 remberance thread?

[Lily x]

Yep, in a nutshell.

[yoshidude99]

Right I see why he was banned now.

[Specific Neptune]

I don't think that was racism, it was being inconsiderate to a national disaster.

Or...is that actually what racism is?
