Pink Gold Peach is better is better because:
1. She is an out-of-the-box character. Baby Rosalina is not.
2. She adds another heavy female to the roster besides Rosalina. Baby Rosalina is the fourth(!) light female character and the third featherweight.

Baby Peach and Baby Daisy are pushing it.
Baby Rosalina is too much.
