Stop using your computer and go to gym

No, he should eat better foods. Exercise only burns 15% of your calories you burn in the day

And BMI can be unreliable anyway

So much for BMI being reliable. I didn't get any worse of a "commentaar" than a professional basketball player!

(Numbers are approximate)
Height: 1.70 m
Weight: 60 kg

Don't go to any fast food joints, even new buildings

Fast food joints still serve up great options :|

I see people are lying about Americans after all.
People here say that Americans are extremely fat people, but rating you people, you're not at all.
It's mostly adults that are like that, though. Not all adults, but a lot.

I'm way underweight. It's actually kind of embarrassing. Five foot seven inches (six and a half inches at night) and 100 pounds exactly. I haven't had a BMI thing done in a couple of years, but when I did, it wasn't good :l

And most Americans are overweight. Some Americans are obese, but just about the same amount are fit/healthy, and some are thin. I wish people in other countries would stop stereotyping every single one of us as fatasses who sit on the couch eating bonbons all day.

Obese=/=overweight

Obese is a Snorlax, overweight is more like a Munchlax.

I'm born in America. I am 16 years old. I am five feet, one inch and I weigh approximately 100 pounds. Does this mean I'm fat?

I'm a little runty for my age, huh?

Hey sistah! I'm about the same as you! But I'm 22 years old. And no you are NOT fat! :)
