Being by myself in the late night hours often gives me the tendency to dwell on all sorts of things from the past to the present and finally the future. Am I the only one who does that when by myself in the late night hours?

The last two days at work (Yesterday and today) have been pretty boring. There hasn't been any mail for me to pick up and deliver, so for the most part, I have just been sitting around in the office and answering to the mailroom package exchange point every now and then.

Wow, the Awards sure were fun last night! I had a great time while I was there, for sure! I look forward to this next year of the Super Mario Wiki and The 'Shroom as a whole!

Apparently, Peta is going after Nintendo once again because of their inclusion of cows having nose rings in Mario Kart World. After they made those two Super Mario Bros style games to protest against KFC and McDonald's as well as that crude Mario Kills Tanooki gobbledygook to protest against Mario's usage of Tanooki Suits in Super Mario 3D Land, this is yet another reason why the Mario fandom laughs in the face of these "animal rights activists" every time they target the Mario series, lol.

Sounds like I missed the Boards malfunctioning while I was asleep. Ah well, good thing it's the type of occasion I don't really mind missing.

Just got word that wrestling legend Hulk Hogan passed away from what sources believe to be cardiac arrest at the age of 71. Definitely a celebrity death I didn't expect to see this year, but still an unfortunate one all the same. Godspeed, Hulkster.

I just had a (At least to me) groundbreaking idea for a writing plan for next year's calendar of The 'Shroom come to me. I've been seeing a lot of content appear in my YouTube recommendations discussing Nintendo's mistreatment of Diddy Kong lately, and that gave me the idea of constructing a year-long writing plan for The 'Shroom's 2026 run - In a similar vein to me writing all sorts of Waluigi themed 'Shroom sections as a means of celebrating an unofficial Year of Waluigi in 2025, I was thinking of writing all sorts of of Diddy Kong themed 'Shroom sections all throughout 2026 as a means of achieving justice for Diddy Kong after his mistreatment from Nintendo. I was thinking of nicknaming this writing plan "Diddy Kong Redemption", a play on "Diddy Kong Racing" and "Red Dead Redemption". What do you think? Is this writing plan for 2026's 'Shroom run workable?

Today, our favorite cartoon sponge, Robert "Spongebob" Squarepants, turns 39 years old! Happy birthday, Bobby! One more year before you're officially middle aged like in the picture!

I know I talked about Girl Meets World before on here, but the more I delve into how messy the show really was, the more I wonder if the show's writers were under the influence of alcohol or other such intoxicating consumables while writing the episodes and the accompanying scripts for the show, or if the majority of the show's scenes were improvised because the kids were under the influence of alcohol and other intoxicating consumables and the directing crew just decided to roll with it.

Man, I can't wait for my two weeks of summer vacation to begin, because the hot weather combined with the general insanity of my workplace is really trying my patience...

Had Bowser Junior never came to exist and Miyamoto never retconned the Koopalings' backstory of being Bowser's kids, would we at some point have seen a plotline where Ludwig was leading the Koopa Troop in Bowser's stead?

Right now, I've been contemplating taking that classic Fake News staple section for January 2026's issue, though I'm still unsure as to which particular section I should take up.

Don't you love having the urge to do another attempt at a concept for a Sonic the Hedgehog roleplay, but not having anyone to do that roleplay with, nor being able to make a solo story out of it yourself because your Sonic fanfiction writing skills Wingardium Levio-suck?

I don't mean no disrespect by saying this, but I'm honestly wondering if the forum moderators passed out today, because I put in a name change request this morning in CEST (My timezone), and it still hasn't come to be approved.

Man, am I glad to have the Thursday and Friday off from work because of the Feast of the Ascension on Thursday. Now I can take it easy with my parents at their place for a lenghty and extensive weekend, and hopefully forget about the stressful couple of days that I had because of the crummy weather and the morbid news I have been seeing around the internet in the last few days.
