They're about the same thing, but I like the Wii U version better because the second screen makes things a little more convenient with spinwheels. Switch version is certainly close, though.

You can't move topics. You have to message a mod to move it to Marioverse for you.

I haven't played any of the two versions, but I think the Switch one is better.

The Wii U version because the Switch version has that annoying blue cursor on the screen at all times.
