post any random Mario thought on your mind

9-Volt really got done dirty in that game, though I think the worst character to use here is Kat & Ana. Their constant jumping is so annoying to work with.
Kat & Ana are contenders, since in the wrong microgame the auto-jump can get you to lose before you realize what happened. I think that they're better than weakest because their projectile covers the most optimal direction in the game due to the Switch and most televisions having a screen wider than it is tall. (I mean, any direction is better than one direction, but if you have to pick just one left and right is the way to go.) With those shuriken, you often don't have to jump into the fray and can instead just barrage a microgame's targets with projectiles in a way 9-Volt can't.

Oh yeah, that's another 9-Volt weakness. He only has one yo-yo, and he can't shoot again until it returns. Most characters with projectiles just get to spam shots in whatever direction they get, which is the better call when a microgame doesn't punish brute force.

Have we re-evaluated Gus's complaint that video game heroes always resort to violence with the perspective of
Pyoro deciding that he should have fun with the WarioWare, Inc. crew by kidnapping three of them and trapping them? Does Pyoro understand the difference between video game characters and real people inside a video game, or does he not?

Not sure if this Gus guy has any actual standing to begin with with given that this brigand, armed with a weapon, charges a toll to pass through a certain area in a seedy part of town, with seemingly no valid reason nor authorization from any governing body and gives Mario no other option for negotiation.

I am overthinking a light joke sure, but this guy convinced some players he had some honor, judging from an older state of the MarioWiki page, so I just want to advocate on Mario's behalf.

As for spoiler
Unlike Gus, I don't think Pyoro comes off as the character who understands the ramifications of doing such a thing. He probably just wants fun.

How was Bowser's Kingdom able to develop an entire space colonization program, place settlements and enemy troops in dozens of galaxies, and build all technology required for this in complete secret?

That raises a second question: does the Mushroom Kingdom not have spies to gather intel? (I think that's a funny idea to be explored in something like an RPG)

I think the established "Toads are a cowardly sort" kind of negates any ability to send them into dangerous territory to spy.

It might make more sense if the Galaxy games were like taking place in the midst of Bowser's enemies already realizing this is happening and are already actively combating that stuff (Toad spaceships exist; Rosalina and Peach also probably established diplomatic connections already, hence why Rosalina is willing to help out Mario right away and knows who Peach is; Mario isn't part of the political world Peach is in so he doesn't know). It's just that security in Mushroom Kingdom at the Star Festival, taking place during high tensions and elevated risk of attacks were known, was compromised or managed by inept Toads.
