Because you're using an illegal version of Windows XP (look at the right-bottom part of your screenshot), and it remind me to that song.

There's nothing notable in the Start Menu, IMO.
Just a simple renaming of Internet Explorer.

I remember having a "pirated" Windows XP too. It was quite a while ago, but that was resulted from a mistake.

Man, it feels like forever since I last changed my desktop picture. And don't ask about all those checklists. Those are from like, a long time ago.

Steps:

1: Press the Print Screen/SysRq button to the right of the F12 key while at your desktop. This will capture your screen.
2: Go to Paint.
3: Press Edit, and then press Paste.
4: Upload to your desired destination.

According to your desktop icons, it looks like the screen is pretty average.
Unless you have a lower resolution.
