There's not a lot of evidence currently implicating him or anyone specifically, but the disguise, forklift shenanigans, and sudden insistence on providing an alibi are enough for me to put a vote down for now. It's possible he is an accomplice; happy to switch votes to the real deal killer if they're unhappy with their buddy getting hanged for their attempt.

Aside from me, who the evidence points to most likely being the accomplice instead of the killer, Lulu was actually at the Solarium after there was water which is quite likely the place of death

Don't really feel like it's either of these but between Turb seeing Cloudwalker and Tarp Guy separately and Blathers turning on/off the one relevant section of the map to transport the body I feel like the latter makes more sense.
