Heh. Knew I smelled a rat.

The dino's right on the money. The moth's made the mistake of narrowing down the pool of cleared folks too much. Knowing what we do about our current state of affairs, there's still three scum out there, and three folks the moth claims she hasn't visited - the dino, Xzzwls, and myself. That alone would be some kind of luck, to dodge an untimely death up until now and narrow the scum down that far. At this point, I can say with near-certainty that the dino's on our side, and I know I'm not one of 'em either.

Now, I've never seen a hider in action before, admittedly. Can't say if this whole notion that visiting disguised scum won't cause an unfortunate end holds any water, but I'm skeptical. That whole thing's meant to be some risk to the hider, isn't it? Well how much of a risk are we really looking at if there's only two folks, as the moth is trying to get us to believe, in this whole port that can trigger it?

I can add onto this, too. If it is narrowed down this far to all of the traitors, the bug's offer to me would be guaranteed suicide. The only reason they would make this offer is if they are telling a falsehood and require us to boot the wrong person today.

The Nose-y One, arriving in sealed vessel; the Nectared One, sent forth by higher authority; the Twin-Tailed One hailing from parts unknown; and even the Sparking One, dwelling betwixt this world and a world beyond the pale - all are outsiders, as are most among you.

Does Tasse ramble? Forgive me. There exists an old custom among moths, in decline amongst the youth. In my time, we would write letters to one another, marking the envelopes with our setae - the bristles which adorn us, assumed by others to be fuzz and fluff. These setae served as markers of authenticity, testifying to recipients that the sender was as the text claimed. Mammalian ones witnessed our practice, and confused our setae for fluff, calling our letters "fluff posts".

Permit this old moth one singular fluff post before you condemn her to the gallows.

Nymphs entangled in roots see not the wholeness of the trees and grasses on which they feed. Probe such a nymph, and they shall tell you a tree is slender, ever-seeking, sheathed in the fragrance of damp earth, and encased perpetually in darkness. Yet a softness seeps from its cobbles - a softness which once endeared my daughter.

All which I do is to compel her return. The entosaiwe suffuse this dwellingport. Stronger is their presence here than in any realm Tasse has visited. Of late, they shout loudly through the Prophetess. They clamor for my daughter's presence, saying it is time she receive the blessing the Maodiwe bestowed our lineage long ago. It is time that the ritual be performed, and my daughters' ears opened to the voices of the entosaiwe!

The entosaiwe refuse only one revelation to Tasse - what is it that compelled her disappearance?

Battles between conspirators and the innocent, in both have calamity struck. Five years prior, the heiress' disappearance. Now, the death of Tasse appears all but assured. With the ritual incomplete, the lineage of the Prophetess will be extinguished.

Daiuhbe among us silence the voices of the entosaiwe, bringing calamity anew.

Little update:

Just to provide some clarification on "targeted when vs when it started to get applied", I did some small corrections on the three statements provided.
Apologies for that, but I just wanted to make sure the information submitted were more crystal clear to everyone.

I'm guessing it means the dino used his location power on day 2, we already know that one exists and the description matches up so it'd make sense. If that's not the case, then someone's just not able to vote, which... could be pretty bad if whoever that is is on our side and still kicking. That whole thing about someone being able to learn a scum's identity just from voting was here last time this happened and turned out to be false, nice as it would be to have that.
