What Movies Have You Seen Recently?

Big movie: Ant Man and the Wasp. Awesome.

Did a watch through of the Star Wars movie franchise the other week. Still great. (But TLJ wasn't very good. The casino was all cringe.)

I Can Only Imagine, I decided to watch it again on Netflix, going to get my copy of the movie at Christmas.

The Karate Kid, the 2010 version. It isn't as good as the original, 1984 version, which I first watched in 05.

which was the cringiest scene for you and why was it the rick and morty scene
So there were two types of cringing. Haha it's middle school stuff cringing, and then recoiling into my seat, intense, fearful cringing. The latter was obviously the Truth or Dare scene, which still makes my skin crawl. Super intense, scary, and well done. For something less intense, the birthday present scene. The whole unwrapping process felt like it took forever and I felt so much second hand embarrassment throughout the whole sequence.

yeaaaah the truth or dare scene was hard to watch and i was seriously freaking out during it

The Meg
It is scary, but it is a little better than Jaws.

to be fair, just because they try to kill the shark in jaws doesn't mean it's anti-shark. one of the main characters has a fetish for sharks

anti shark movies are all dumb anyway

I don't know any movie that is an anti sharks movie, I watched every Sharknado movie, Jaws and its sequels, and The Meg. Just because they kill sharks in those movies doesn't make them anti sharks. It is the impact of those movies that are making people kill sharks to almost extinction for several species. Also the movies have the impact to make sharks look bad.
Anyways I last watched Central Intelligence.

Wreck It Ralph

It was displayed on a movie channel at my house, so I watched it for the first time. I really loved the movie, but I don't know, but there was a lot of Sonic references. Maybe Disney are Sonic fans?

They probably have more rights to use Sonic content than say, Mario characters.

Yeah must be that.

You got Sonic appearing in a screen in the central. Also him being at the Fix it Felix Jr 30th anniversary, also Dr. Eggman appearing as one of the bad guys. And in the credits, at some point, you see Classic Sonic (I mean it's Sonic 1 Sonic, so it counts) running in Chemical Plant Zone and being hit by Eggman in a Sonic 3 boss.
