Which spinoff-exclusive character needs to be in a main-series game the most?

Welcome to the character election! It seems that , previously a Mario Kart-exclusive character, eventually spread to other spin-offs, two Mario RPGs, Super Mario Run, and recently a real main-series game, Super Mario Odyssey! That being said, Nintendo's bound to do it with someone else. Who will it be? Waluigi is a fine candidate; I mean, if Toadette made it, Waluigi is bound to (he has been around four years longer than Toadette anyway)! Here is a full list of candidates:

If you would like to nominate another character, please reply to this post no later than my birthday, December 14th (2017). The character must meet these requirements:

• The character must have never appeared in a Super Mario series game, with related games like Super Mario Run included. However, the character is still eligible if he appears in Super Mario Maker.
• The character must not already be nominated.
• The character should not have debuted in a main-series game but then became exclusive to spin-offs (like Princess Daisy).
• Since Super Mario Odyssey is a fairly new game, I will remind you of this: do not nominate Toadette! Although previously a spinoff-exclusive character, she appeared in both Run and Odyssey and no longer qualifies.
• Popularity of the character does not matter. You can still nominate some of the worst characters.
• It must be a character, not a generic enemy. For example, you cannot nominate Shroob or Gromba.
• I will not update the poll. If you nominate a character, vote for Option 10 ("the character I want is not listed").

I voted for Waluigi because he's practically the only "main" character that is yet to be featured in the Super Mario series. To clarify on "main", basically Waluigi regularly appears in spin-off character selections, so he's a good fit for the main games.

My second choice would likely be Huey, who is unique among Paper Mario characters in that he has a 3D form, so he could feasibly appear in a 3D Mario game without too much of an issue. I guess the story of that game makes him less likely to appear, but if Cappy's shown us anything, Huey's a pretty cool guy to be a companion.

A third choice would be Brighton and Twila, who appear in Mario Party, since none of the Mario Party characters appear in any other Mario branch as of now. These two characters are best fitted in a Super Mario game, I feel.

Uh...I don't smoke (well, I'm 12). I was just trying to provide additional options, even though and are obvious choices. In a nutshell, I was brainstorming. Also, DK, Brighton, and Twila were added via nominations. I didn't include DK in the poll because I had no idea that he had never appeared in a Super Mario game. Still, and should come before everyone else. needs to come back to the main series as well.

Of course, it's Waluigi. He needs to be in the main games as a semi-villain.

And Wario's villainy status (from SML2: 6 Golden Coins) needs to come back as well.
