Only in Paper Jam. The Paper Mario series, despite what they try to convey with the art style and some throwaway jokes in newer ones, is still clearly supposed to be the same characters, evidenced by Luigi driving a kart at the end of Color Splash and Bowser mentioning scheduled kart races.

Daisy's Cruiser seems to be the most notabl (and also the biggest) ship in the series, as it is well known for its racetrack, which has been used twice so far. However, Bowser x Peach seems to be a much more intersting ship, especially since they're going to marry on October 27th, which will be the first marriage in the entire Mario series.
