Those aren't even close to being Kaizo-levels. Kaizo levels make the Perfect Run World 1-1.

They're the closest we've come to an official Kaizo level though. Still hate the Perfect Run...
 
Nah, The Lost Levels is an entire game that looks like a professional kaizo hack, moreso than those crappy last levels.
 
It's not just hard. It's poorly designed difficulty. Want a hard game that did successfully? Look no further than the entire Dark Souls franchise. Or Super Meat Boy.

It was pretty great, they had just finished their "Mario Party Party" series where they played 50 turns of every console Mario Party and only 1 of the 4 guys there unironically enjoys Mario Party.

I played a little of the Lost Levels, and it just bored me mostly because of the difficulty.

Were they like, constantly complaining and yelling at Mario Party? Because if so, Mario Party achieved its purpose, to make you hate its guts <3

I think my sister and I enjoy Mario Party for playing it how it isn't intended. Mainly, it's a way to satisfy our bloodthirst for sadism.

We set up a 50 turn match. The computer opponents are on easy. The catch is that me and Daisy and Waluigi get a 9-star boost. Wario gets 0 stars. We then try to play the game like normal, but we interfere sometimes to ensure Wario gets the worst of everything. If it's a 2 v. 2 and I'm paired with Wario, I purposely lose. It's a case-by-case basis if it's a 1 v. 3 and I'm teamed with Wario. If computers are just revving up a duel, they duel Wario, and we temporarily use that computer to beat Wario and steal all his coins. If a computer wants to use a Pink Boo, the computer steals Wario's coins. If Wario is about to buy a star, we say no.

I think I have much more fun with that than playing with other people to be honest.

Me I just view Mario Party as series of terrible games that are really fun to play with friends.

Does anyone else have the feeling that the Super Mario All-Stars version of The Lost Levels felt easier than the original version? I was actually able to complete the whole thing as Luigi, but when I tried a demo of the original game, I could spot the weaker traction that Luigi had; this is something that I never really noticed with the SNES remake.

It's great. Especially some of their commentary. Like the idea of Luigi stealing the newspaper a homeless Mario was using to sleep on the park bench because it might be worth 20 coins
 
i have said this before but i hate Sega because they have arranged Rio Olympics 3DS in the most weird possible.

I literally found the sound data uncompressed and was screaming in joy ... until i realised voices and important sfx and music WERE NOT IN THAT FILE , and they are probably compressed in some other place.

Screw them.

I hope Camelot or Namco DO NOT DO THIS for Sports Super Stars , they just need to be nice like NDcube and have it uncompressed so i can edit it however i want.

I pray for it ♥ I refuse to have Rosalina squaking in Golf or Tennis.
