Just disagreeing with what you said, but they qualify as merchandise and some figures go well over twelve dollars. Actually, twelve dollars isn't that bad for an electronic figure toy thing, but it could be $9-10 instead. And although I haven't played it, I've heard some pretty bad things about Pokemon Shuffle.
