I think 1-Up shroom screwed up the numbers.
 
134. Lava in areas that are not volcanoes or someplace under the ground.

It could be fine to say what games the said things cames from.

If more than one game, no need to say it.
 
138. Lava that doesn't melt a castle it's in.

NOTE: Lava is really melted rock which is very high in temperature, as I learned today.
