7/10 isn't that bad, but I think Mario Kart 64 in general fared better than Super Mario Kart.

I actually find this track not be that dull. However the penguins can still be annoying so I have to give this a 6.

I will give Royal Raceway a 7. It is one of my favorite MK64 tracks for a lot of reasons. The ramp is very unique and having the Castle there at the landing spot is great. Plus, you can drive around the castle. There is one bad thing, the end can be challenging for some.

Bowser's Castle!

Anyway, this is where the best tracks come in. I give this track a 9.5. It's not my favorite, but it's easily a close second or third. The track provides fair challenge, it looks great, it has the huge jump, the Raceway soundtrack returns (and actually fits), and you can drive in Peach's Castle Grounds!

one of the best 64 tracks although without the route to peach's castle it would of been a 7. its still an enjoyable track to race on

also you can give up 30 seconds to take secret route into peach's castle on the first lap and still win the race (ive done this myself). this is one of the main reasons why mario kart 64's rubber band AI is atrocious

I will give Bowser's Castle an 8. Out of the 17 Bowser Castle's, this one is my favorite. It is like a room by room and set it up for other Bowser Castle tracks throughout Mario Kart.

this is my favorite track in mk64, easily my favorite bowser's castle, and one of my favorite tracks in the entire series
