Episode 13: Everybody Hates Knightley
Before we start Case 2, a small warning regarding spoilers.

Spoiler: Pretty much the entire game, so try to avoid the reverse psychology temptation

So, you might be aware to be careful about wiking the characters in the game, given that they could be the killer or have a huger role in later cases(this being more prominent in the Edgeworth games). However, you could stumble upon a spoiler that is even broader than you might expect. That's because one of the characters in this case is the final culprit, and since the character is in an Edgeworth game, it's natural that the character will have a large role in the rest of the story.

Also, um, I have to play it a bit safe with the intro here, so it's gonna look real weird.

Disclaimer: In this episode we examine the body. The entire episode is disclaimed under a potentially disturbing(because gore) because of this.

This rope really is mysterious in nature.

Strange. Where did the blood come from if it covered the lower body?

This is unlikely to help us much in the case, but it was probably valuable to Knightley. Let's leave it there.

You get the other piece of Logic for examining the sheets that aren't bloodstained(?).

Prints are most likely on the glove or the sheets. Blood is beyond obvious. But what killed Knightley?

And it's unlikely that the weapon was the murderer's body. There are only small bruises in the head.

It really will. I just know it.

Spoiler: A recap so nobody gets lost.

Knightley's body has some bruises on the head, dirt, and probably died to a stab in the neck instantly. He was wrapped in a colorful sheet with the same pattern as a clean one in the workroom, and with a rope above it. There is a ring on his hand. There was a glove on the bloodpool he formed, which had to have been dropped into it and has dirt in it. Strangely, the glove can't just be brought in and out. But in the end, where does the murder weapon lie? That will be really important.
