There's an unofficial one.

Any SNES track remade in any of the last four Mario Karts has been done twice as the GBA version has all the SNES tracks as well.

I'd rather have good retro'd tracks than bad unused tracks.

Different people find different tracks good. Wouldn't it be a bit selfish to want the tracks you like retroed twice over tracks other people like once?

All right, sorry if that came a bit selfish but I'd just rather have some good tracks than another GBA Bowser's Castle or something. Anyway some good tracks not retro'd yet in my opinion:

SNES: Vanilla Lakes
N64: None
GBA: Basically all of them not retro'd (except the remaining Bowser's Castles)
GCN: Mushroom City, Wario Colosseum, Rainbow Road
DS: Shroom Ridge, Bowser's Castle, Rainbow Road
Wii: Toad's Factory, Wario's Gold Mine, Moonview Highway, Bowser's Castle, Rainbow Road
7: Shy Guy Bazaar, Neo Bowser City, Wario Shipyard, Bowser's Castle, Rainbow Road

I dunno, just always thought racing was a good place to do that.
