Nintendo vs. Capcom (Ideas Thread)

So strolling through the gamer community on DeviantArt, I stumbled upon this:

Makes me wonder why this doesn't already exist.

What would you want to see in a Nintendo vs. Capcom game?

It wouldn't exist because Capcom would push it to be multiplatform to milk DLC from as many customers as possible, while Nintendo would object to having their characters on a rival console.

At least, I think that's how a boardroom discussion for this idea would go down. Though considering Capcom's recent struggles, it may happen anyway if Nintendo buys them out.
