An action/adventure Mario and Sonic game

I'm sick of these two big video game rivals only teaming up to promote upcoming Olympic games, there should be a game where Mario and Sonic team up to stop Bowser and Eggman from taking over the world. When are we gonna get that?!

I'd prefer a Sonic/Mega Man crossover game, but this sounds great too.

Maybe they could give it a SMBZ feel but without "Dammit", Hal and that goomba, that banana, and Axem Rangers X

Mario and Sonic
Luigi, Tails, Daisy, and Amy
Wario, Waluigi, Shadow, and Rouge
Donkey Kong, Diddy Kong, Vector, and Knuckles
Yoshi, Blaze, Silver, and E.Gadd

Toad, Cream, and Broque Monsieur will be people to guide you.

That robot part sounds interesting already! Glad you thought of that.

That would also make the climax pretty intense, because when Mario and robo Peach meet face to face, Mario refuses to fight her because it's still Peach, even though robo Peach is beating the shit out of Mario, he still won't fight her because he still sees Peach deep down inside. Love it! I would also love it more if they added frame blending slow motion in that scene.

no smf i'm pretty sure what magikrazy meant was that eggman put peach inside a robot as a power source
like all the little animals in the classic games or w/e

if it's a platformer, that would be fucking annoying.

timing your jumps and attacks is almost impossible when the frame rate can't keep itself still. i know from experience.

The Meelo and Sawnic platformers have such different physics (and by extensions, level design and propos modelled around these physics and toolset) that I have an hard time picturing a ~ teh proper epic crossover~ that wouldn't be boring, indecisive mush.

Beside, we all know Bubsy/Awesome Possum is where it's at.
