My predictions:
-They will announce the release dates for both Super Smash Bros. for 3DS and Wii U.
-They will reveal Mewtwo as a playable character in both Super Smash Bros. games.
-They will reveal another third-party character for Super Smash Bros, which will be either Pac-Man or Bayonetta, or Snake's return.
-They will announce DLC for Mario Kart 8.
-They will give more info on Hyrule Warriors and Yarn Yoshi.

-They will reveal Rosalina's new game or Super Mario Galaxy 3.

I'm not actively against the idea of Rosalina getting a game because for all we know it could be a good game, but I'm not particularly enthusiastic about the idea.
