Without cheating there is no way to get Arceus and Darkia in pkmn Diamond and Pearl
 
You forgot the cutest "electric" pokemon of them all: Pachirisu!!!!!!!
If you don't know what they look like then "Google Image" it.
 
I didn't think it was incredibly weak,it saved me in quite a few trainer battles against water and flying types
 
I agree with him even though I haven't been here for long.
 
I like Rapidash and Ninetales. Shiny Ninetales looks like a demon..... SWEET!

Blastoise is up there too.
