PS would you like to be the kind of villain that appear much of the story, or the kind that is more sinister and appears mostly at the end?

Name: Roserade
Appearance: Like a regular Roserade, but instead with a red scarf around neck (lol Copy Man) and rainbow roses at the end of arms
Position: Minor Villain. I dunno his intentions yet. :P
Personality: Cocky, yet mindful and skillful in combat. Very strategic in many situations.
Other: Hates when people pick flowers.
