What would an M-Rated Mario Game Be?

Yoshi safari jurrasic park style.

Or or! Yoshi Godzilla style.

Or DK fighting 3 Bowsers trying to protect peach King Kong 2005 style.

a carnivores style game where you hunt yoshi's and other mario series mobs

Basically, the content descriptors of GTA 5 on ESRB basically sums up what I want an M rated Mario game to be.

Anyways, what I'd probably depict a M-Rated Mario game to be is pretty much almost everything that has been said rolled into one big combo pack or something... Though that's not something I would play.
 
That's because their laws are more screwed up than ours
 
I'm studying the Islam religion in Modern History. Apparently, they don't like women having clothing only go down to their knees or up to their necks. That, and they don't drink alcohol.
 
I find it humorous how you lump women's rights, GTA5 and alcohol together
the later of which I don't entirely disagree with being banned

well, I find that way too many minors are playing it
all the really punk kids at my school do, and they go on about it and how they're gonna go out and do things like in gta in real life
