Why not after a sitting of that routine, you try doing the Plank for as long as you can? You know, so you could see how long you last after pushing yourself to exhaustion. :dk:

I'm serious, for the record. It may be interesting to see how quickly your endurance grows over time, too.

I've increased the amount of push-ups I do by twenty.
