Why not after a sitting of that routine, you try doing the Plank for as long as you can? You know, so you could see how long you last after pushing yourself to exhaustion.
I'm serious, for the record. It may be interesting to see how quickly your endurance grows over time, too.

Actually, the rules were probably assassinated by the notorious Ripper a few months back. Not surprised, such a mythical creature resides in London. So while Da Rules recovers while on the life support, currently your murder attempts are being redirected to the mother, Ma Rules... not someone you'd want to meet in a dark alley, she's far more sturdy than the flimsy Da Rules and won't go done through a bit of breaking.
Currently working on the BGO statistics. I'm on Page 10, you people play that game waaaaaaaaay too much in July and August.

He was doing it on the phone, so he ended up walking to the wrong house and his mates didn't stop him.
