Here are the descriptions for each items:
Barrel Cannon: Can Launch yourself in the air if you jump in
Parashroom: Gives yourself an extra jump
Maxim Tomato Box: A box that has to be thrown at an opponent before giving you the tomato
Master sword: A slow but long and powerful sword that gives you a boost in range and damage
HP Tonic: A potion that heals quite a bit of you if eaten
Angel's Feathers: Allow to glide slowly after you run out of jumps
Mirror shield: A shield that reflects any long ranged attacks from the front, but can run out of charge if close ranged
Furniture Leaf: Can turn into a variety of items and furniture that can harm opponents and help the player
Cluster bomb: Explodes and sends out more bombs at the same time
Supply Ring: Makes you take less damage from attacks
Annihilator beam: Fires a lethal beam that combines light and darkness
Speed Shoes: Massively speeds the user on land, and makes them heavier in the air
Fire Shield: A shield that temporarily blocks attacks and burns opponents that touch it
Master Ball: A rare Pokeball that can only have strong Pokemon
Frying Pan: A pan that deals close-ranged yet heavy damage
Yo-yo: A long ranged and fast yet weak attack, every part of the string deals damage.
Ice rod: A melee weapon that at first freezes, but runs out of power over time
Fire rod: A melee weapon that does serious burning at first, but runs out of power over time
Star Shards:
Virgo: Gives you a 20% damage boost
Ares: 40% knockback boost
Taurus: 5% boost in speed, power, and health
Gemini: 20% more defense
Cancer: 50% boost in defense, but -10% attack
Leo: 50% boost in attack, but -10 defense
Libra: 40% speed boost and 20%
Scorpio: 20% strength boost and 20% speed boost
Sagittarius: 40% more knockback, and + 10% percent speed
Capricorn: 10% boost while wielding weapons, 10% defense, 20% HP
Aquarius: + 10% strength, speed, and damage while wielding weapons
Pisces: 10% boost in HP, knockback, and defense
Tennis Racket: A melee weapon that can hit back opponents long ranged attacks (The farther distance traveled the more damage done)
Hula Hoop: Does high knockback (but little damage) to anyone in its radius. (If you stop moving it stops working)
Shock Guard: Makes you invincible smash attacks and melee weapons for a short period of time
Pow block: Does small damage (no Knockback) to every opponent on the screen
Winged Clouds: If attacked, it drops items.

I voted for Ice rod/Fire rod, star shards, and Pow block. Ice rod and fire rod seem cool, star shards offer a lot of capabilities and Pow block should have been in it for a long time.
 
LoZ Master Sword won't happen since Link already uses that

No, Peach's Parasol doesn't have the ability for you to wield it and see Captain Falcon launch in an upper diagonal momentum
