What makes you rage in video games?

I also get really mad if I'm playing something, and just as I'm about to save, either my battery dies (because I sometimes play when I'm charging my 3DS and the cord yanks out without me knowing) or I get disconnected some other way. It happens more than you might think.

No escort can be as bad as the Vileplume that used Aromatherapy literally every couple of steps.

I just let an enemy kill it so I wouldn't have to do the mission any longer.

they always have you running around and going fast, them some spring flings you deliberately into an enemy

and the crabs in metropolis zone

where are you supposed to hit them, nothing kills them until youre invincible and jump from inside them

Don't forget the rescue missions where your target dies because of the weather conditions.

I didn't rage when I played that game.

I was honestly impressed by the myriad of ways the game found to kill me. It was hilarious.

Part of life is finding humor in your misfortunes, not raging about them.

in fire emblem, i've had experiences with troubadours i couldn't see healing lloyd.
 
the vast majority of bosses in strange journey make me wanna drink acid if you want me to be honest

seriously feels like the majority of them are dependent on luck

Well, in New Leaf, you can say your batteries died (it's an option) after you build the Reset Centre, and he doesn't scold you at all. He just leaves after making a few understanding remarks. And his response to that is always the same, so your 3DS can die as much as you don't want it to, he'll forever be understanding to those like that or those who pretend to be like that.

I love him, so funny

I used to go on lil cousins game, and get him really pissed so when my cousin would start it he'd be there :P

and my cousin would get so mad, he wants to kill him so badly
 
When Resetti first popped up, I was like, "Uh, why have I never seen you before?"

Then he yelled at me for resetting, even though I didn't even know about saving games at the time.

I don't find Resetti that annoying/scary, I just keep hitting the B button until he disappears...

THe thing that really makes me rage is when you're playing a game like 3D World which had collectibles in the levels, and you just miss a green star meaning you have yo go back and do the whole thing over.

dammit two post conflicts
 
I first encountered Resetti about six or so years ago in Wild World, back when I was more easily spooked.

Nowadays I love the guy and find him hilarious, especially in Brawl. Seriously wish you could get him easier in that.
