Clones in SSB4

K so I checked Smashwiki and they say Dr. Mario is a semi-clone.
Dr. Mario is largely unchanged from his appearance in Melee, but due to changes in Mario, he is now a semi-clone. He keeps the Dr. Tornado as his down special and retains Mario's old down aerial. His Final Smash is nearly identical to Mario's, but uses exploding Megavitamins instead of fire.

I can't find where they show all the differences, so that's all I could find.
 
Eh. The fact that he's grouped with Lucina and Dark Pit on the select screen make sme think he's a standard clone.

The talk page for that article has some debate about it.
 
The differences in Mario and Doc's Down B and down air should be enough for Doc to be a semi-clone. I'm pretty sure Doc's neutral air and forward air are identical to in Melee as well. His position on the CSS isn't relevant.
