I definitely see Daisy making it in somewhere from Smash 5-8. Possibly even Smash 4 DLC. With Rosalina in and Waluigi transferred to Wario series, Daisy, Toad, and Bowser Jr are the only 3 potential Mario Newcomers left that make any sense.

Well, I sure wasn't expecting that reveal. I mean, I knew for sure C. Falcon, but Lucina and Robin I did not expect.

Same here. I was expecting Shulk like everyone else.

Actually Paper Mario has no chance. He is from a series that is quickly losing Popularity and Nintendo refuses to acknowledge the RPGs existence anyways. Even if they did, Daisy is more important to the series being in over half of the Mario Karts, and in all but 2 Mario Parties as well as being a prominent Sports Game Character (even over characters like Diddy Kong, Bowser Jr, and Rosalina) titles which Paper Mario cannot claim.

Yep, Daisy is more important than Paper Mario, because she appears in spin-offs. Uh huh.
