Anyone seen Mario's customizable moves?

[Tyrell Badd]

Genesect is a Pokeball Pokemon and he uses Techno Blast.

Then which Pokémon are in a masterball?

What I caught of the direct said that Master Balls are special Poké Balls that only spawn Legendaries. So I think they can still appear from reg Poké Balls, but Master Balls guarantee Legends. Event #37: Legendary Pokémon Confirmed!
