Following our snowstorm (we could get 30 inches, my god), our New York neighbors shut down ALL driving and transportation in New York City.

Yes. No cars no the road in NYC. It's ridiculous. You'll get arrested you're caught driving.

Central New Jersey (Mercer, Middlesex, Warren, and parts of Burlington, Ocean, and Monmouth counties) had the most snow in the state. The Cape May Peninsula had flooding and minimal snow.
