i don't see how that deconfirms diddy kong. the screen shows all the characters who had been officially revealed at the time that demo thing/test version/whatever was sent out, i'm pretty sure. diddy kong wasn't officially confirmed then (and still isn't now), but that page of that magazine still provides good reason to believe he's going to be in the game.

He's not necessarily deconfirmed, just unconfirmed at the moment. Even without the Spanish magazine, I'm expecting him to be in this installment anyway
