this reminds me, once we were at the doctors and my brother and i were both playing on our nintendo ds's (i have no idea how to write the plural of ds), and there was this old lady there who commented "what a shame they're wasting their brains on those things"

...of course, neither of us heard her because we were too busy wasting our brains, so we wouldn't have known if our mum hadn't told us afterward lol

Well, I ended up doing a research paper for my English class last semester on Video Games, but more on the potential they have,moreso on how influential they are. So, I do know a lot about both the pluses they bring, but also the studies shown how video games can be very...unhelpful.

But if we're talking about Mario Kart 8 about this, then I don't see how it can really be violent, unless you are uber competitive and get into a fierce race with your friends.
