As you may know, the anime usually promotes stuff for the games. Well, on the poster for the upcoming anime film (with Mewtwo and the shiny Genesect) there is a Sableye. No one has count one in the anime yet, so it won't appear until near the end of the Black and White anime. Something similar happend with Ash's Aipom. Oh god no

I'd prefer if they just left it at z. I hate having to choose between two third instalments.
 
Yeah I prefer it when they release two different versions, and then later release a third to tie them all nicely together.

What?! No!! Then you would have spent lots of money in different games when you can just buy the last one. Those third versions are the biggest swindle EVER.
 
Face it, there's going to be an inevitable third version. Besides, the third versions aren't exactly the same game and I still get enjoyment out of them (i.e. Platinum vs Diamond/Pearl and B2/W2 vs Black/White).

It's all a matter of choice. If you want to wait 2-3 years for the third version, that's fine, but there are some people like myself that are too impatient to do so.

Besides, it's going to be X2 ans Y2.
 
I'm not arguing with the concept of a third version, I'm arguing with the concept of third versions

I don't mind choosing between the first two versions, but I hate choosing the last versions, because they differed a lot when B2W2 came out. I'd rather not have a repeat of that.

I don't think those are going to be the names. They're too complicated for kids, which are the targeted audience. I'd like that Game Freak surprised us like they did by putting out sequels instead of versions, but this time, not putting anything out at all. Just give us X and Y, and that's it. Now, they should be very complete games. I'd also like a remake of Ruby and Sapphire.
