Do Bandits wear masks?

I don't think so. Shy Guys don't move their mouths when they talk, while Bandits do.

Shy Guys do change their facial expressions from time to time, though

I've always theorized that Shy Guy and Bandit's faces ARE their masks! Underneath there is nothing.
