Well I forgot the color exactly, but I saw a crab on Animal Planet, back when it was good obviously, about male crabs having one tiny claw and one giant claw.

fiddler crabs
they are so cute, and some species both genders have giant claws, and they use them to plug their burrows when they hide, rather than as a display as most do (think peacock plumes)
