Never will be funny.

+1

Mario, Luigi, Wario, and Waluigi are all voiced by the same guy.

Hey you left out Baby Mario, Baby Luigi, Toadsworth, and Donkey Kong (at one point).

Here's one: A "Mario Brother" (twin, actually) appeared before Mario Bros. in Donkey Kong Jr. Two Marios hoist Donkey Kong's cage, then the one pulling it to the left disappears off the edge of the screen while the one pushing remains visible.
I don't know why no one ever considered this an early appearance of Luigi, though wearing the same colors as Mario.

Supercade was the first Super Mario cartoon. Knew it.
Mario was considered for Sega All-Stars Racing. Semi-knew it. I knew SEGA was considering adding a Nintendo character, not specifically Mario.
Mario and Luigi are twins that were born in the Mushroom Kingdom. Depends on the continuity. In Yoshi's Island, for example, this would be true. But then you have games like Mario Bros., that espouse that Mario and Luigi are not twins and were born in Brooklyn.
The Warp Whistle in Super Mario 3 is from Legend of Zelda. Specifically, it is known as the Recorder there, but it has the same function, design, and music.
Kamek was almost in Mario Kart 64. Knew it.
Luigi's Mansion was once planned as a 3D game. Knew it.
Mario was once a bad guy. In Donkey Kong Jr., correct?

Super Mario Bros 2's ending is foreshadowed from the beginning. Knew it.
The first d-pad was on a Mario game. In America, maybe. But Japan had the NES a lot longer than we did, and d-pad games were already mainstream there before Super Mario Bros. came out. So you've got the general idea, but there are others.
Geno from Super Mario RPG has appeared in one other game. Superstar Saga
The P in P-Wing stands for Paratroopa. Well, it just stands for "para-", and does not specifically mention Paratroopas, but I'll give you the points for that one.
