That is true lol. But they are cute to some people. Other people (people like Luigi come to mind) think they're downright creepy and/or scary

But he would probably disagree a lot on the other one.
 
I just noticed something.

Bomb Boos don't hide their face when Mario looks at them, they just go bullshit insane and explode at him.

I never heard of Bomb Boos. But that must be insane for Mario.
 
They are a sub-species of Boos introduced in Super Mario Galaxy, they appear in the Ghastly Galaxy whatever it's called.
