If you have the beautiful town ordinance, you can plant your breeding flowers on the beach cause no flowers spawn there
well you could on a non beautiful ordinance but then the flowers would wilt every day i think

But I don't think flowers can give birth to a new one if they are on the beach.

also another thing, apparently jacob's ladder flowers speed up your chances of creating a hybrid if you plant them next to the flowers you're trying to breed, but i'm not sure if that's entirely true

I don't think that's true, but we did stuff our jacob's ladders next to my house.

wow i have heard ignoring a villager is the best way to get them to move out but charlise has been here for months and literally everyone else has asked to move out at least twice
