A major boss in Prime 3: Corruption. He commands a massive swarm of swarmbots and large quantities of Phazon. He's a pretty good boss.

Spoilers from Mother 3:

The Masked Man is Lucas', the game's main protagonist's, lost brother. He was heavily mentally and physically conditioned to care nothing about his brother or family. Lucas is heavily traumatized by his mother's early death and his brother seemingly having died trying to avenge her death, and has flashbacks about it throughout the course of the game. Near the end of the game, once the main plot points are somewhat revealed, it seems more and more like Lucas knows the Masked Man from somewhere. Eventually, Porky, the game's main villain, is losing badly and looking for things to demoralize Lucas, so he reveals the Masked Man to be Lucas' long-lost brother. Lucas meets the Masked Man for a final showdown, but can't bring himself to attack. Lucas is forced to withstand the blows as best as he can And a voice from the afterlife (presumably Lucas' dead mother) brings the Masked Man back somewhat, but he launches an all-out attack that he knows will rebound and hit him. The game doesn't say whether he survives after the ending or not.

Spoilers from Skyward Sword:

Scaldera resides in the Earth Temple at the top of Eldin Volcano. Ghirahim summons him after realizing that Impa has freed Zelda and escaped, claiming a need to "vent" after such a horrible disappointment. The battle takes place on a long, narrow strip of hill, with bombs at the top. Scaldera breathes fireballs and charges at Link. Link can cause Scaldera to breathe fireballs from the bottom of the hill. Link throws bombs into Scaldera's mouth while he is charging up a fireball, revealing the eye, his weak spot. The process continues for a while, but Scaldera has many tactics of avoidance, and managing Link's stamina meter is highly important. He did about as much damage to me as Floors 1-20 of the Cave of Ordeals in Twilight Princess.
