'Tis Yakra, not Yagra. And yes, this is another Chrono Trigger boss, but it isn't one of supreme epicness like Magus, so I'll be fine if he loses.

Tough choice, but the Emperor Ing is a great boss fight, and Mogenar got a bit too repetitively annoying near the end, so Emperor Ing gets the edge here.
